By using the MediTask ERP and its associated mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

MediTask provides enterprise resource planning software for insurance claim investigations, including case management, field tracking, reporting, and financial modules.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity occurring under an account is the responsibility of the account holder. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We prioritize the security of insurance data. All investigation data is encrypted and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users must not use the platform for any illegal data extraction or unauthorized surveillance.

5. Field Investigator Conduct

Investigator users must ensure that all evidence captured (photos, signatures, GPS data) is authentic and collected in accordance with local laws and insurance carrier guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

MediTask shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
